What would make restaurant menus less intimidating? How do you feel with the way they’re set up?

There should be a picture with every item. People really want to know what they are getting. The same item will be totally different in every restaurant. I went to a persian place that die exactly this. I was thrilled. We eat first with our eyes…so let us see what we are ordering.
