what is the healthiest menu in subway fast food restaurant?

I heard it’s the subway club sandwich(6 foot long) which has 160 calories only. What do you guys think?I use to love subway spicy italian but,it has so much calories(360).

Try their salad! Skip the cheese, add extra turkey or ham, and use non-fat dressing. Very filling and ultra-low on calories and fat.

my guess is a sandwich with only vegies, or maybe vegies and cheese on wheat bread. if you really need meat then go turkey.

The healthiest sandwich (with all credit to Hale above) is the Veggie Delight sub. It has 3 grams of fat, 230 calories, and 1 gram of saturated fat.
