    dressing & sauces …
    dressing & sauces usually up the calories by 1/3 or more. Get the sauce on the side & avoid fried foods(salad instead of fries with balsamic dressing or olive oil with spices) & you’ll usually be ok. Though I would make sure your working out alot if your eating a food item that has the calories of 3 meals. Burger does look good though.. =P

    Holy cow now I understand how some people get obese from eating frequently at certain restaurants! That is colossal calories. They should show us the calorie intake for sure.
