If Caesar salad is believed to be Mexican in origin, why do you see it on Italian menus instead?
But you almost never see it as an option at Mexican restaurants.
Pizza is actually Chinese in origin
The traditional ceasar salad was created by an Italian restaurant in Tijuana, Mexico… So, originally, it was sold at an italian restaurant in Mexico and that’s probably why it’s stuck with Italian restaurants.
Because Caesar Augustus traveled to Mexico but was Italian and is ranked high in Italian figure heads

You have never seen it as an option in Mexican Restaurants because it simply is not Mexican. It was an Italian Chef living in American that first invented it.
Pizza was not invented in China or elsewhere other than Italy. It was first made in Italy.. now it seems everyone wants to claim it as being the inventors.. I read the other day how even the Egyptians claim it as their own.. No, it is not and as much as Caesar was invented here in American its roots are Italian.
