And I need to make a restaurant menu from the 1970′s… Including what the prices where, and what was on the menu.

Well, to give an Idea of prices, Movies were 50 cents, a gallon of gas was 40 cents and coffee 15 cents.

Menu could consist of:
Roast beef dinner $1.10
Roast turkey Dinner$0.90
Hot beef sandwich $1.00
Banana split $0.95
Fruti Juice .15
Glass of milk .06
Omlettes .85

Spaghetti and meat sauce 1.95

Kind of put todays prices into perspective. Imagine if salaries increased the same way

Just to clarify…Spanish food & Mexican food are two different cuisines.

Spanish food (Appetizers/Entrees)

-Tapas: These are a variety of appetizers like: Chorizo sausage & potatoes, jamon serrano (Spanish style ham), Manchego/Mahon cheese topped with either quince or quava paste, marinated olives, diced octopus salad, stuffed dates, garlic shrimp, or if you were actually in Spain you might find some very exotic items like:Marinated baby eels or Gooseneck barnacles. Really? Yes, really.

-Paella: A large pan of saffron rice with a variety of toppings: vegetables, shellfish (shrimp, clams, muscles, calamari, pork or chicken.

-Morros y Cristos: Literally translates to Moors & Christians (referencing Spanish history)…usually a dish of peas (like Pigeon Peas).

Mexican food:

-Tacos/burritos
-Caldo de Res (Beef & veg. soup)
-Enchiladas
-Arroz con pollo-Chicken & rice
-Chile verde -Pork & green chile

I was not sure whether one set of menus would be for lunch or whether the difference was the size/contents of the fixed price meals.

"Suite" means next or continued, when you get to the bottom of a page for instance. I would guess then that they couldn’t fit the whole menu on one page and continued on to another.

For that volume they would most like use a printing press. Most will use a roll paper and cut to size.
I am not sure of what the ink cost would be however, When I am looking at quantities of 10,000 I pay about $0.04 per unit.

The smaller price is for the appetizer portion, while the larger price is for the entree portion.
